Accounts and workspaces

Access is provided through workspaces. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials, and for activity carried out under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use TradesButler unlawfully, to interfere with the service, to attempt unauthorized access, or to send messages to recipients who have not agreed to receive them.

AI-generated information

Summaries, categorizations and suggested records are generated automatically and may be incomplete or inaccurate. They are aids to your team's judgement, not a substitute for it. Appointment requests are not confirmed bookings until your team confirms them.

Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, third-party outages and other factors may affect the service.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for configuring the service appropriately, including recipients, alerts and call recording settings, and for complying with laws applicable to your business, including consent and notification requirements.

Intellectual property

TradesButler, its software, branding and documentation remain the property of Jeffrey Sutherland Consulting Inc. You retain your own business and customer data.

Changes to the service

We may update, add to or discontinue features. Material changes to these terms will be reflected by an updated date on this page.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and Jeffrey Sutherland Consulting Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
